Giveaways - Terms and Conditions

BLACK NOVEMBER 2023 RAFFLE - November 2023

• To enter our raffle participants must buy a lightsaber of any value during the Black November sale operation (from Nov 11th to Nov 30th).
• Participants must reside in any of the countries where we ship products to. For more details see here : https://www.thesaberfactory.com/pages/delivery-taxes-and-returns 
• The draw will happen within 2 weeks after the end of the Black November event. It will be communicated on our various social media.
• Winners may be required to pay VAT, customs and duties upon receiving their free saber. Those fees can be refunded on the original order made during Black Friday, to the limit of the amount paid on that order, upon presentation of the full paid invoice of all taxes and duties. A proper invoice must be sent to us for the refund to be possible. Please ask your post service to provide such invoice upon delivery or payment of those fees. No screenshot or email forward can be used to claim reimbursement of such fees.
• Winners agree to participate in publicity around the giveaway and the received gift(s), for instance by providing pictures, videos or text reviews. The received contents may be used by The Saber Factory on social media, to promote activities, products as well as other giveaways.
• If the winners do not respond to the sollicitation within 72 hours, we may select another winner.

MAY THE 4TH RAFFLE - May 2023

• To enter our raffle participants must buy a lightsaber of any value during the May the 4th and Revenge of the 5th sale operation.
• Participants must reside in any of the countries where we ship products to. For more details see here : https://www.thesaberfactory.com/pages/delivery-taxes-and-returns 
• Winners may be required to pay VAT, customs and duties upon receiving their package. The gift being one of the sabers to be delivered to the customer, the customs fees pertaining to the gift can only be compensated to the winners in the form of a gift card coupon upon presentation of the full paid invoice. Compensation will be prorata to the the value of the ordered items and the gift. No other form of payment will be proposed.
• Winners agree to participate in publicity around the giveaway and the received gift(s), for instance by providing pictures, videos or text reviews.The received contents may be used by The Saber Factory on social media, to promote activities, products as well as other giveaways.

INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY - September 2022

• To enter our giveaway, participants are required to perform a set of actions listed in the giveway post.

• Winners may be required to pay VAT, customs and duties upon receiving their gift. These fees can be refunded to the winners in the form of a gift card coupon upon presentation of the full paid invoice. No other form of payment will be proposed.
